Το κομμάτι είναι μία παραγωγή του Alex Da Kid ("I Love The Way You Lie") και στα φωνητικά συμμετέχει εκτός από τον Eminem και τον Dr Dre, η Skylar Grey, ενώ οι στίχοι αφηγούνται την κλονισμένη σχέση ανάμεσα στον μέντορα και τον προστατευόμενο.
